Day 1 Rome
Upon your arrival at Rome Airport transfer to your hotel by shuttle. After checking in you are free to relax or explore Rome

Day 2 Rome | Tuscany
This morning pick up your car at your convenience and leave the hustle and bustle that is Rome and drive to Tuscany with its rolling hills, tilled fields, olive groves, vineyards and medieval hill villages. A warm welcome awaits you at the 4 star Borgo Sant’lppolito located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside yet only 18 km from Florence. Here you will enjoy a four-night stay. The remainder of the day is yours to pass as you please - take a walk through the Tuscan countryside or just relax beside the hotel’s new *swimming pool.

Day 3 Tuscany
Tuscany is known throughout the world as the source of great wines and the Chianti Classico region is its pulsating heart. This morning at 9 am a private air-conditioned car with an English-speaking guide will take you through the Chianti Classico area to visit selected wineries with stops to taste the wines and see how they are made. Lunch in a typical Tuscan farm with wines to sample is included before returning to your hotel around 5 pm. The remainder of the day is free to enjoy - perhaps some exploring of the region in your rental car.

Day 4 Tuscany
The morning is free - you may decide to visit Florence, the capital city of Tuscany. Florence contains so many treasures as to be artistically and architecturally unique and unequalled. One day spent in Florence is never enough!

Day 5 Tuscany
The morning is free. This afternoon finds you back in Florence to learn the secrets of Italian cooking. The menus you prepare will feature traditional Tuscan cuisine and pasta dishes with typical Tuscan sauces. In addition, information on the correct wines to serve will be offered. Once school is over - dinner time! Sit back and enjoy eating the fruits of your labour.

Day 6 Tuscany | Rome
After check-out from Borgo Sant’lppolito, and at your own pace, return to Rome for an overnight stay at Hotel Oxford (ask for details) and to return your rental car. There are endless choices and options of what to do and see as you spend your day in Rome, perhaps you may even decide to return for a longer visit.

Day 7 Rome
Today marks the end of your tour. After breakfast transfer by shuttle to Rome airport for your flight home, or ask us about extending your vacation.
